Our workout programming is built around 20+ foundational movements. We break our training up into Strength, Endurance and Hypertrophy days to ensure that you are getting a well rounded experience. This is NOT a "CrossFit" Box... In fact, there's no one else doing it quite like us.
Our community is the biggest thing that sets us apart from any other gym. Each month we host a ruck, work with a local charity and have some sort of member hangout. When you come take a class at tRUCKFIT, you're getting more than a workout... You're getting a family.
HABITAT FOR HUMANITY
One month, we worked with Habitat for Humanity and donated birdhouses to their homeowners! We turned the gym into a construction zone and went to town!
We have rucked all over Georgia, including one ruck where we went from the Outlet Shoppes of Atlanta to Downtown Woodstock! These events are ALWAYS a good time!
KIDS SPARTAN RACE
Coach Sarah recently took our young athletes through training for a Spartan Race! We had 16 athletes compete and the whole gym family out on the course cheering them on!
