When we say we have a spot for your whole family, we mean it! Our kids program is designed for ages 4-13 and it's about much more than just a workout. This program is curated to help children create healthy habits and gain not just strength but confidence in themselves and their capabilities.
We think building our athlete's confidence is integral to their success. When they believe in themselves and their abilities, the sky is the limit!. We show them how to not only be a good teammate but also how to never give up on themselves.
Coach Sarah has been an athlete since 5th grade, developing a huge passion for fitness over the years. She even competed on the Track and Field Team at the University of Georgia. Sarah coaches both youth and adults but her heart lies with the kiddos!
